A Council mon, a white collar professional type of Council mon, a drip under pressure an (ex spurt) no doubt, told me when I asked him to go and stick the Pot Fair where the sun don't shine, or failing that put it in Market Place, as in {{{Market Place}}} you know where 'Markets' are 'Placed'

He said "oh we can't do that for Health and Safety reasons in case the emergency services need to attend in Market Place" if it was full of stalls they wouldn't be able to do that" to which I replied "there are only three stalls" but to no avail and with all the messing about, the Pot Fair stopped coming to Wigan

So errr 'Where do the Christmas Markets' now take place ?

Is it in Standishgate or is it Market Place ?

Or is it in both Market Place and Standishgate ?

But just remember folks, if there is an incident in Market Place and Standishgate when those Continental and Christmas fairs take place, then the emergency services will not be able to attend and yoo will all die
