Another reason for the cancellations is because the railways like many other companies and industries is because employers are facing a ongoing problem of a constant turn over of staff caused by many today not wanting to work for a living. A situation which is not helped when some can get more on the numerous benefits than what can get on a low paid minimum wage job.
