I think all this depends on what the Labour Party are planning for when they get into government, because it is being said that Tony Blair is pulling the strings behind the scenes in deciding Labour Party policy, now when he came to power in 1997 he stopped all road building and social house building, the Labour Party in Wales have cancelled all road building, and introduced a blanket 20mph in areas which previously had 30mph zones, so the omens are not looking good for when Kier Starmer becomes Prime Minister
