It is lovely, TTS. Amongst other things, the Friends of Hindley Station have gained the RHS North West in Bloom outstanding award numerous times. It’s tremendous what they have achieved!

“We are are a Station Friends Group constituted in 2006 who work on Hindley Station and in our wider Community.

It is more than plants and gardens it is about being involved in the community in which we live.

We speak on behalf of our Community to Northern, Network Rail, TfGM,ACoRP and other rail related groups.

In order to do this we hold licenses from Northern and Network Rail.”
