Wigvet that plan is blown out of the water because I 1st reported the defect in June and it was only because I reported it again in Oct did the council get round to doing a shoddy job on the 1st of Nov then reported again on the 21st Nov because most of the repair has disappeared.
The section of Barrow Street from Bolton Road to North Street was relaid about 5Years ago and new storm drains/pot were installed. All of the pots flooded and when cleaned out they were full of stone chippings.The pot which is now causing the flooding problem when installed is higher than the gully for starters This pot has been so called cleaned out at least 6 times since it was installed.I reported the problem in Nov and as far as I know the gully sucker/pressure jet has not been sent out to try to unblock the offending pot.Road still flooding all the way across when it rain .It requires a camera down the pot to find the blockage and then rectify the problem. This problem should have been sorted within days of there being a problem which is still with us years after the 1st eventThere was no problem with drainage until they replaced all of the drains/pots
