How long does it take the council to do repairs/maintenance after you report something online.
In June of last year I reported the zebra crossing on Golborne road was sinking in the middle told no defect in carriageway.
I reported it again on the 12 Oct and it was repaired on the 1st Nov but got reported again on the21st Nov because the tarmac repair had started to break up. Work still in progress to repair the tarmac.
I not for the 1st time reported a storm gulley pot blocked at the end of Barrow Street causing the street to flood across its full width. This was reported on17th Nov and the pot is still blocked and the road flooded but work is in progress Is it lip service just to passify who ever reports something because it seems to take an age for the council to do any road repairs
