With the never ending twists and turns over the state of Wigan...should there be an enquiry into the state of Wigan as is ? Why did we lose the old market ? Who authorised the galleries ? Who authorised the Grand Arcade ? Has the Chinese money to re-develop gone to the wind ? What are we left with apart from a building site ?
