In my opinion we do not need any or deserve any status such as purple flag's whatever colour you can think of ,why because this CLOWNCOUNCIL have already destroyed the HEART OF WIGAN . We do not need a bowling alley , we also don't need another cinema.We already have a cinema. What we do need is the council to reduce the rate's to entice businesse's to come to Wigan in the first place . Instead of the 350 flat's why don't they build council house's for the needy who are or have been waiting years for a home somewhere else in the borough .
