Plummy: You say, "If they had a job...." Our engineers have a designated admin pool for typing and documents, etc. When we come in off site sometimes, we have seen Facebook in the browsers at the bottom and it is clear that's what they do when unsupervised. Now and again there's a hoo-ha about it and they get banned, but bit by bit it returns. I suspect the bannermen are the same.

I was listening to the radio LBC years ago, a request programme, and the DJ said, "And now here's .... requested by all the staff in the payments section of the department at the Work and Pensions ...."
