It's a difficult one, because if they had some sort of shelter, then that in itself could become a spreading place for the virus, and we are talking very old people, so that would probably be deadly for them, and a waste of the vaccine, and I suppose they could put chairs outside, but leaving old people outside in cold wet weather would be danger in itself, and the chairs would have to keep being sanitised, all I can think of is to have longer waits between appointments, so that there are no cues
