I used to buy a nice thick slab of Rump or Sirloin and cook it in a frying pan in butter and garlic, along with loads of mushrooms, the resulting steak would be delicious, and tender, and utterly succulent, and served with proper home cooked chips, made with Lincolnshire Maris Pipers, and cooked in a proper chip pon on the hob, add a selection of veg to the dish, such as fresh frozen peas, and baby carrots, and served with lots of bread

Now it doesn't matter how I cook steak, when served it is like eating an old shoo
