Pubs and restaurants are closed, so the few people that would go there will be going to supermarkets to buy drinks and food. Those rules are going to make people mix in greater numbers rather than spread them about in small numbers."

That is a bloody good point, it will make the supermarkets busier, which it did last time, and places like Home Bargains and B&M made an absolute killing, as folk did their decorating, and fettled with their gardens etc, and the supermarket profits did not suffer either, especially as their online sales soared.

I don't know what the answer is, but I won't be going to the big petri dish at Newtown, that big Asda until it is all over
