Tommy Tee , I can assure you that inside my head are nothing but sweet things like, Sunshine , golden sands, empty tarmac .pothole free roads. green fields with roaming hedgehogs and spring lambs, There are swallows flying high in the blue sky and I'm cycling through the valley on my e bike to the bar on the beach and the smell of the sea air , In the distance is a sign it reads,

The cat sat on the mat
and I sat on the cat
The cat went flat
and spread over the mat
and that was the end of the cat,

And as I rode past, It brought a smile to my day,,
