the trouble is with filling it in early is that circumstances canchange, My granddaughter filled it in early then was taken in and is now in hospital . If she is allowed out today she will go to her parents to recover so her information is wrong. If my son filled his in early then his will be wrong too. And if she is still in hospital will she be recorded as being in 2 places> I assume hospital will have to log individual patients?
