Hi there TOMMY .T.S. .. Firstly you do have the right to your comment's ,but i feel i must take you to task in referring me as racist . I cannot and will not apologise for wanting things like ,,Jobs/Housing /Education / N.H.S. for If you or anyone else think that ,then so be it .. I probably along with you am from a generation of having nothing , i saw my both my parents work and graft all their working lives ,live may i say so has a hell of a lot of people in Britain, but as i said they did all that and at the end had bugger all to show for it ,i watched my father die of the horrible pit disease at 62 yrs old also watched my mother die of the cotton dust at the similar age of 61, so i make no excuses for my upbringing . After being a TGWU S.Steward and fighting other people's corner does not exactly place me in the Racist /xenophobia / bracket , if you feel that i am ,that is your right being we live in a democracy . I often refer to all these immigrant's flooding into this small island of ours ,whether or not my attitudes would be differ say we had the fiscal and geographical stature like say the countries of the world like Canada.USA /Australia ,it's just that i do not believe that as we stand today we as a country have just not got the capability to sustain all that is being expected of us , it's no where near like 100 years or so back were we building this country so we needed to employ people from overseas , and we are a nation must be grateful for that ,but thing's are utterly different today ,i think you would have to agree with that a tad ! I also agree with that some of my post's have gone very close to the knuckle ,maybe that 's has something to do with my upbringing ,i don't know maybe it has some play in it . Also i would to go on record that my reason for voting for brexit were similar to you in as much as obviously i did want immigration curtailing , BUT primarily i wanted this country to be rid of the EU shackles and to trade our goods with anyone we chose to . With respect to the job situation we are told that there are thousands of vacancies ,well i strongly believe that for all those who are on the dole if they are offered a job then i feel they must be made to take it ,if not then STOP all their benefit's then i think one would see the jobs market lower. It's all right saying those job's were for people from abroad seasonal i say rubbish if there 's a job vacant it should be filled .... Finally you say that ((( I should keep me happy )) Anyone working here and paying the correct tax /nhs stamp /etc who have filled a vacancy that cannot be filled, then i'm ok with that !!! GB ,.
