In this area it has not helped with the closure of the hospitals even if it was a few years ago Billinge and Whelley. Then you have present day Chorley shutting their A+E along with St Helens& Leigh now only dealing with minor injuries this leaves our area with Wigan A+E. Further afield but still close by are Bolton or Whiston or Warrington who are also struggling to cope. On top of all this there are very few NHS Dentists and what few are left all are booked up for years in advance
