Spend a penny !!!!

Remember that "I have to spend a penny" and woman bemoaned the fact that they had to 'spend a penny every time' but men only 'spent that penny' when having a number two

So since decimalisation (53yrs) the price of 'spending a penny' has gone up 20 fold
