Gaffer said, " not all procedures are readily available on the NHS " - and he was correct.

Whups said, "the private sector isnt as good as our NHS hospitals because if owt goes wrong they palm them of to us"
But, Whups, there's the private sector and there's 'the' private sector. Most of the private sector doctors operate from NHS hospitals and are NHS employees (doing foreigners on the side). Using 'the' private sector is out of the range of most ordinary folk.

Peter said, "It doe's not matter how much money you have we still ALL have to use A&E there is no private A&E So at some point your going to use the NHS ...."
But, that's not strictly true. As I said above, the private sector operates within the NHS.
