Yes, I am for real and if you had understood my comments I was only on about private treatment being provided by the private sector to help to ease the backlog of the NHS as a result of the inceasing population and said nothing about people having to pay for treatment.

Anyway, people getting private treatment today has nothing to do with any Lord Snooty getting priority as many ordinary people are doing likewise in getting private treatment if they can afford it while many other ordinary peope get private treatment as a result of being in a private medical company schemes like BUPA which in many cases today is provided by their employers.

Two members of our family are higher paid employees in the NHS and both have told my Wife and I that more urgent help will be needed from the private sector both financially and facilities wise as it can not carry on as a 100% public sector service because it is not coping with the demands of the rising population.

And the situation will be no different, irrespective of what government is in power unless drastic action is taken.
