Gaffer your the number one person pushing how great the tory party has done for the People of wigan...... Now your telling people to use private heath care

The reason i go on about what happens over in Israel is because what is being proposed in the uk when it comes to heath care workers from over seas we do it.... And it does not work!!! We have here indies and Philippines here and the problem is they don't go back home because they have a better life here... So how is that going to fix the immigration?? Your also using workers from country's who need there own workers to pull them self out off poverty..... It seems like the Uk is trying to do everything on the cheap.... And i will tell you one more thing some people with government contracts made a lot of money bringing workers over to Israel ..... The only way your going to fix the problem in the uk is with free training with a 10 year contract in the NHS and bringing back the full pension...
