A simple conjuring trick still practiced today. The conjurer hides a fish and a couple of buns behind his back, hidden by his robes. After an hour or so of mumbo jumbo and constant requests for money, he produces the load.

You can see depictions carved in to the walls of ancient Egyptian walls.

All religious buildings should be shut down and their priests/imams arrested for obtaining money under false pretenses.
