Well done. Bolton Council.. A purge on beggars in their town centre has resulted in convictions on several beggars prosecuted under publics space protection orders (same order for drinking alcohol in the streets and riding pedal cycles in pedestrian areas. Those prosecuted were fined between £100 - 200. With £100 court costs... All those prosecuted had places of abode.
