I think Tonker is referring to the fact that the Church of England is a Catholic Church, set up by Henry the VIII so that he could divorce his wives, and chop their heads off, and the Catholics which people call Catholics are actually 'Roman' Catholics led by the big cheese in Rome, that Pope guy LINK
