Kath/Peter she was sent home last Weds and she has been moved from the bed to her chair by the carers. She got a visit from the District Nurse last Thurs to take a photo of a bed sore. Phoned our Doctors on Weds to enquire what was happening and he did not have any discharge papers The community reaction team phoned later in the day but nothing happening since. It looks like she does not exist out of sight out of mind
