A few weeks ago my wife was rushed into hospital and when I went up to see her A&E looked like a war zone. There were people sat on the floor leaning on walls and stood out side, Three corridors where full of patients on trollies waiting to be seen to. Now we hear about the winter crisis of the combination of Covid and Flu and how are the NHS going to cope If they are snowed under in August they will be queuing down Wigan Lane to get into hospital by the time winter comes
