Chesh I like that approach but I would suggest, no full breakfast, A slice of toast then all out doing work as per your plan then, do bawt lunch but have a communal evening feed of, pey soop from a large pon , with a
'when its gone its gone' policy then, no tellys, lights out at 10 pm and no heating or hot water, cold showers only,
