It's the same here and because it's summer in Oz at Christmas time some of the diehard traditionalists even have what they call "Christmas in July" so they can have their little rituals in the cold weather.Not only does the advertising start early for Christmas but this year some of the large supermarkets where pushing Easter fare 2nd week of January,nothing to do with the meaning of these festivals for those who believe,just profit,profit and yet more profit.
