David Caley was the Mayor of Wigan his wife was the Mayoress she was also the librarian for the Wigan council. They lived in St Helens road Leigh.They have two sons one worked for Norweb.
David and mrs Caley were exellent ambassadors for the borough of Wigan when they held the office of Mayor.They retired to the Isle of man a few years ago sadly David Caley died a couple of years ago.
