The point I was making was that a jail sentence, no matter how long for, is not a deterrent because prisons are far too cosy in this country. They have more privileges than they should have. My partner was recently working in Fazackerly Prison and, whilst on the premises, was not allowed to have a smoke. The prisoners could though! I agree with Billy. Give them a hard time, in the truest sense of the word.
