hanging was a detriment..they voted it out(who did)so what detriment are we left with
(1)tv set in all cells.

(2)cell phones
(3)plentifull suply of hard drugs.
(4)human rights(warders to address scum as MR)just a few of the goodies awaiting the hoods. make this comparison with jail time USa.no comparison.thugs in this country cant wait to be caught, it allows them a well earned rest from us annoying victims.
