Ozzielass. People like that don't have a conscience. I believe in a punishment to fit the crime - not necessarily the death penalty. They should start off by chopping one hand off then, if they do it again, chop off a foot. If they don't learn after that, wrap barbed wire round their dangly bits, hook 'em up on a fence, birch 'em, then give 'em to the family of the victim. Better still, give 'em to the wimmin.
