General   (General discussion, talk about anything.)

Someone I know wrote to the tv producers of a programme to point out that the judge in a court scene was being addressed as M'lud when it should have been 'Your Honour'. Also that witnesses do not have to be alone because there is a 'Witness Service' in every court to offer support and assistance, but this was not portrayed on screen. The reply was that on tv, it is 'dramatisation' for entertainment. Thus, where necessary to add realism, they will, but they don't have to stick to reality!!!! They don't think that people in real life are influenced by what they produce and if they are, it is the responsibility of the individual to check their facts!
