I was born and bred In Abram ,join the Merchant navy at the age of 16,anything to get away from Abram.I finaly settled In Australia In 1950 ,the best thing I ever did.Instead of whinging about Abram get out and see what the real worlds like.I never saw any future In Abram at any time In my life their.I visited In 2005 and It has never changed since I was born (1930).I found It as the most depressing place In the world and I have visited many parts of the world.I would live anywhere but Abram.It has no community spirit at all,and lacks drive, you need to get people with a bit of forsight on you council or better still move out of the dump,you'll live longer and be happier .I realise change takes courage,give It a go.Ken Campbell
