I don't see GB anywhere disputing the cause, he drew attention to 'blame'!

It makes NO SENSE to blame the rain or the weather, you might just as well blame the planet on which we live: it is just what is, and not capable of being blameworthy.

Both individuals and government might be expected to take some responsibility for mitigating climate effects, and people will differ in opinion as to where you draw the line between the two. Plenty of room for debate. shame that on here, posturing and posing, trying to undermine the other, preclude sensible debate!
