I obviously do know about what's happening in and around the WIGAN area , it just stinks , as i said the people i feel for is the people who have been on council waiting list's for years and i do know for a fact as some friends of mine have been nagging the wigan council for YEARS to date no vacancies ,no bloody wonder the places are being taken by all these bleedin immigrants , there needs a revolution !!!!!
