Surfer tom we do not have any family on our door step to teach us. Last year we got a new car(motability) NO instruction book supplied with it. This year we got a new TV a smart free view play and again no instructions and how to use it. Again last year I applied for a course about computers at Wigan library never got any word back apart from being registered now due to my missus being house bound could not go even if I wanted to. Its ok for a 7 yr old being taught using modern technology but what about the thousands of older people who are being left behind
