I too agree there should be some sort of restriction on the sale of fireworks ,whilst holidaying in Hawaii it is illegal to buy them unless you pay for a licence from the authorities and itis strictly governed ,but then they don't have the bonfires like over here . They Just celebrate them on special occasions or events. Also they have not to be over a certain decibel .
