Yes they doo, and normally at night in the pitch black, making perfect geometric shapes, some of which have been decoded as messages, and I say 'normally' at night, but someone actually filmed two objects spinning around each other over a crop field, and as they were doing that a crop circle was being formed, and that was in daylight.

The powers that be have now admitted to the existence of UAP's, but they say that they don't know what they are, but they are not a threat to this planet.

How do they know that they are not a threat to this planet ?
