It is already happening, they are building on four of the five sites designated for redevelopment in Phase 1 of the regeneration of Worsley Mesnes, and there are five Phases planned.

They won't break ground on building in the last of the sites, until the old shops have been demolished, which is supposed to start in late this year, because the site of the shops is part of the final site, that site being the where the old flats were in Housley Close, Dryden Close and the Shopping Precinct.
