I disagree with you all.
I think the government are being hypocritical in her case.
It was said, back then, "there are thought to be approximately 1,500 British subjects, 850 in Syria, supporting ISIL. They will be brought back and will face prosecution.
In not allowing her to come back ho ... h .... h ..... (I can't say it!) HERE, they are acting against international law and UK law in that anyone who is British from birth cannot be deprived of their citizenship if they would be left stateless. (section 40(4) of the British Nationality Act 1981.)
Having Bangladeshi parents meanthat she could claim Bangladeshi citizenship, but only if Bangladesh would accept her.
In this case, they have refused.
She should be brought here and prosecuted, along with the rest of 'em (who are British subjects)!
