UK population in 2023 67.74 million

That is that since we joined the EEC in 1974 we now have 11.51 million more people in this country, eleven and half million more people who need the NHS and every other piece of infrastructure in this country, but the infrastructure in this country has not increased to accommodate all these extra people who now live here, if anything the infrastructure is less now than in 1974.

That is why folk cannot get appointments with their GP or find an NHS dentist, because there are too many folk using too little resources.
