TTS....yes and Blair didn't stop the Right to buy....Correct G B , we found after a few short years all the best properties in all the best areas was sold very quickly leaving the housing stock left in, let's say not very affluent areas. The ironic part of all this was the council had to sell off various parts of estates because no-one would move there, to private firms, who would do them up and sell them off. After around a year nearly everyone of these private ones was up for sale or being rented out at twice the cost of council rents, but was still paid for if that person was on benefits by the taxpayer.
