I wonder if I may ask your advice on a taxi business that I'm hoping to start soon, I've gained a private hire license and bought a Morris Oxford saloon as, these cars are great for getting in and out quickly and, they don't need seat belts because of their vintage, I'm using it at the moment to carry my corner shop customers to and from the shop, they phone me, i pick them up, buy the goods in my shop, then I taxi them home and it all works very well, my question is, I'm wanting to start business on the ranks, many customers ask as they like native Wiganers to take them up from the ranks but, A native Wigan taxi driver is rarer than hens teeth, How can i get a rank license for my Morris Oxford , Its a 1969 1700 gold seal engine and its been converted to take the modern low octave fuels,
