Had the "classed as completed" email myself. I questioned this after reporting a large hole and got an email saying they had been and marked and measured the whole, I replied telling them I have CCTV footage of the bloke who came to look, he didn't mark or measure the whole at all.

They did after a couple of hours of my reply though. Lazy council gits again, classed as completed my jacksie.
