Well Tom, I was out yesterday morning, and it was early on and everything was frozen up, so I thought it would be quiet, but I was shocked

Wigan wasn't busy, but it wasn't quiet either.

Take the taxi rank on Standishgate, in the lockdown last year, the first one, you would have been lucky to have found two taxis on that taxi rank outside of Primark, and if yoo did, then that Billinge Biker would have been happy, because they would have been white drivers, but yesterday the rank was full from top to bottom, and unlike last year, there were plenty of brown and black drivers, you can't say coloured drivers, so Billinge Biker would have been shocked
