Tom. I'm no newcomer to cars and accident damage.
'Cat' whatever means nothing, only to insurance assessors. A 'cat' classification does not describe an extent of damage. I*t's a moneymaking fraud.

Regardless, BerylH doesn't give enough information to answer, really. But, the only comeback, in any case, is if a dealer (or anybody, for that matter) has sold a car which has been catagorised as 'A' or 'B' ,by an insurance company, and they have put it back on the road, fraudulantly. Or, perhaps, if the car has been 'in an accident' and then cloned onto another car's paperwork/ identity.
