there are categories of damage, there are 'bumps' and there are smashed up cars and some in between, a cat 'D' can be repaired but' it must appear on the log book and the insurance premium will be higher, not because its unsafe, its because the insurance has already paid out once on that car,
My Bro buys Cat 'D' car accidents and repairs them, then Dave green sprays them and they look brand new,,
