Sorry cant help with a burial, I would imagine your best bet would be to visit Holywell archives Centre?
His wife Jane (don't know where the Lee comes in?) she was the daughter of Price or Pryce Bithell and Louisa Gittin she was born 1853 baptism record found but she doesn't appear to be listed on the GRO records?, she remarried in 1897 to John Hughes and was widowed again by the time of the 1911 census
