The story is in today's paper , but it says it is for
people over 70 who have been banned from driving for health reasons , they could be re-introduced onto
the road on a "graduated license "with as the O.P
says a travel limit and other limitations such as a ban on night driving . The idea is being discussed between the DVLA and driving mobility .
