People keep saying that this is a "Brownfield" site,but technically it is a " Major existing developed site" within the greenbelt. It was only given this status in 2005, not took the Aussies long to talk about building on it. Personally I don't think it should have been given this status, as, although it covers a large area, there are very few actual buildings on it.I am very concerned that the whole site is cut off from the Public, and it would be very easy for the owners to organise a cull of wildlife to make any development easier.There is even talk of a round-about being built near the hump-back bridge for access, nice when you can have the road network altered so you can make a profit.
